How can I discard obsolete product?
A. In order to dispose an obsolete product, leave it at designated place after reporting the article to nearest community service center or a ward office.

Is it possible to deliver the product to island area or mountain area?
A. It is impossible to make a delivery to island area or mountain area. However, if a road is connected to such areas and vehicle can travel on the road, delivery is available.

How long will it take to make a delivery?
A. 1. Average product delivery period is 3 to 5 days.
(However, when the amount of order rapidly increases such as in Family Month (May), holidays, year-end, etc., the delay may be delayed a little.)
2. A staff in charge of the installation will preliminarily get in touch with you before the visitation, and the staff will inform you the planned day of and time of the visitation.

Inquiry of Payment Methods of Rental
A. Rental product contract will be made through tape recording with the contractor (purchaser). If you apply a rental contract, CERAGEM Customer Center will additionally give you a happy call.
At the contract, a credit rating inquiry will be processed for the contractor.
Private information such as identity card issuer, issuance date, payment information, etc. are required.
(However, there is no extra condition other than credit rating inquiry.)
There is no extra installation fee or down payment in addition to rental fee.
You can use the product by paying monthly contracted amount for the contract period.
After the contract period, we will transfer the ownership of the product to you.

Can I receive a detailed statement of the rental fee payment?
A. If you contact CERAGEM Customer Center (1577-5570), we will send you a detailed statement of payment by facsimile, mail or post.

A. You can pay for the remaining amount through a virtual account of with your credit card and when you contact CERAGEM Customer Center (1577-5570), the payment can be advanced.

A. The payment method may be changed with an account or a card by your own name and if you contact CERAGEM Customer Center (1577-5570), we can change the payment method.

A. The rental period is a contract period designated by our inside regulations, therefore it cannot be adjusted.
