A. The filter of water tank injection part is a black sponge shaped filter to be attached to a part to inject the water in a water tank. The filter should be exchanged when it is contaminated or smells weird.

A middle pad and a dust cleaning cloth are used for dry cleaning to remove dust and hair.
Attach the middle pad to the lower rotary disc of CERAVOT and attach the dust cleaning cloth to the middle pad.
Services [CERAVOT] I want to know the period and method of filter exchange.
A. It is recommended to regularly exchange the filter in an interval of 3~6 months.

Exchange cycle differs according to the usage environment, however if the filter smells weird or if the product is not used for a long time, it is recommended to exchange the filter as soon as possible.

Take out the water tank at the top of the product and remove the filter and then exchange it with a new filter.
Services [CERAVOT] Remocon will not operate.
A. If the remocon will not operate, please check the followings;
1) Check the state of remocon battery.
2) Remocon will not operate during the charging.
3) Please check if the remocon is within 5 meters from the main body (maximum service range of signal: approximately 5 meters)

If same phenomenon repeats, please contact customer center.

Services [CERAVOT] It is hard to charge the product.
A. The time for full charging the battery of this product is about 2 hours and 30 minutes. If it takes a long time for full charging the battery or if the operation time (about 2 hours) grows shorter, please exchange the battery. For the exchange of the battery, please contact CERAGEM Customer Center.

If it is difficult to charge the product, please check the followings;

1) Check if it is a genuine adapter.
2) Check if the main body, an adaptor and a socket are correctly connected.
3) When red LED will not turn on at the charging, remove the charger and press the main body movement for a while to turn the power switch on and then turn it off.
Services [P∧USE] What is the amount of the usage of the leather cleaner?
A. You may use small amount of the leather cleaner (in case of an excessive use, a slippage will occur). The leather cleaner can be managed using a cleaner for a common natural cowhide leather sofa.

Usage cycle is 3 months or 6 months, and pay attention when receiving a massage in blue jeans so that an otitis may not occur (it is recommended to usually use a dry towel).
Services [P∧USE] What shall I do to exchange P∧USE natural cowhide leather envelope?
A. In case of a P∧USE envelope, only back sheet, head sheet and pelvis air bag sheet are exchangeable. However, if the surface is torn, exchanging the envelope is unavailable.

A. If you contact Customer Center (1577-5570) of CERAGEM head office, we will send it by E-mail.
Otherwise you can buy a book type material at a cost.

Services Can I apply product moving service?
A. Product moving service is not available.
Services What are A/S rules of CERAGEM?
A. Free A/S period of 12 months will be applied in case of common purchased product and free A/S period of 48 months will be applied in case of rental product according to agreed period.

During the free A/S period, you can receive service free of charge.
Fault of customers, consumable items (a remocon, a hanger, an envelope, etc.) are excluded from free service items.
After the free A/S period, service will be provided at a cost, and components fee and travel expense will occur.
Services How to exchange the leather envelope of MASTER V3?
A. The leather envelope of V3 is divided into several parts, so partial exchange is available.
If you contact CERAGEM Customer Center (1577-5570), we will kindly meet and talk with you.

(Synthetic leather envelope is a consumable item, so it incurs expense when exchanging.)
