Product related Matters When installing a new product, it smells weird.
Ventilating the product for 2 or 3 days, the smell will be reduced.
Product related Matters How I can use Bluetooth function of CERAGEM MASTER V3?
Set Bluetooth ON in device remocon setting → Set Bluetooth ON in smart phone setting → Start device searching on the smart phone → Connect with device model name searched on the smart phone
Product related Matters How much is the monthly electric charge in case of using the product?
From the results of the measurement executed in CERAGEM Technology Laboratory, power consumption may be regarded to be similar to one indoor fluorescent light.
Assuming that Auto Mode is used 3 times a day, it will be 2 hours a day. When using 2 hours a day for a month, the hours of use of the product is 60 hours in total.
* Power Consumption 0.24kw (=240W) X Time 60h = 14.4kwh
As of 2019, the electric charge is approximately 1,800 won when using 14.4Kwh based on the announcement of KEPCO (Korea Electric Power).

If the power supply switch will not turn on, please refer to product manual enclosed at the purchase of the product.
Product related Matters There are many scratches on the remocon liquid crystal of a new product.
Please check scratches of the product again after removing the vinyl cover.
Services What are A/S rules of CERAGEM?
During the free A/S period, you can receive service free of charge.
Fault of customers, consumable items (a remocon, a hanger, an envelope, etc.) are excluded from free service items.
After the free A/S period, service will be provided at a cost, and components fee and travel expense will occur.
Services How to exchange the leather envelope of MASTER V3?
If you contact CERAGEM Customer Center (1577-5570), we will kindly meet and talk with you.
(Synthetic leather envelope is a consumable item, so it incurs expense when exchanging.)
