Services [CERAVOT] I want to know the period and method of filter exchange.
Exchange cycle differs according to the usage environment, however if the filter smells weird or if the product is not used for a long time, it is recommended to exchange the filter as soon as possible.
Take out the water tank at the top of the product and remove the filter and then exchange it with a new filter.
Product related Matters [CERAVOT] Alarm bell rings during the cleaning.
(Afterwards, the remained cleaning will be executed in a state of being wet)
The Alarm bell will ring just one time in case of noticing no water and a blue water bucket LED will flicker 5 times in an interval of 10 minutes. If you want to continue wet mop cleaning during the operation, stop the operation, inject the water in the water bucket again and then continue the cleaning.

1) Remove foreign matters from the black sensor window in the middle of the main body.
2) Place the mops on the hanger so that 3 damp mops may be correctly mounted at their regular positions and correctly mount the mops
3) Check the product whether charging is required.

Product related Matters [CERAVOT] LED indicator turns off.
Pressing operation button of main body for a while (more than 1 second), LED indicator will be turned on and becomes Power ON state.
Services [CERAVOT] Remocon will not operate.
1) Check the state of remocon battery.
2) Remocon will not operate during the charging.
3) Please check if the remocon is within 5 meters from the main body (maximum service range of signal: approximately 5 meters)

Services [CERAVOT] It is hard to charge the product.

If it is difficult to charge the product, please check the followings;
1) Check if it is a genuine adapter.
2) Check if the main body, an adaptor and a socket are correctly connected.
3) When red LED will not turn on at the charging, remove the charger and press the main body movement for a while to turn the power switch on and then turn it off.

Services [P∧USE] What is the amount of the usage of the leather cleaner?
Usage cycle is 3 months or 6 months, and pay attention when receiving a massage in blue jeans so that an otitis may not occur (it is recommended to usually use a dry towel).
