[CERAVOT] Where can I purchase the product?
A. You can purchase CERAVOT at all CERAGEM Online/Offline distribution channels (except naviel, CBS) and Home Shopping. For Home Shopping broadcasting schedule of CERAVOT, please refer to ‘TV Home Shopping Broadcasting Schedule Guide’ in Home Page.

[CERAVOT] Can I directly see or use the product?
A. You can directly try to use the product if you visit nearest CERAGEM direct management store (CERAGEM Well Café). Demonstration and experience may differ according to the situation of the store, please make an inquiry to corresponding store before the visitation.

[P∧USE] What are size and weight of the product?
A. CERAGEM massage chairs have a width of 65cm, a length of 112cm, a height of 101cm and a weight of 36.9kg.
Foot hanging cushion chairs (Ottoman) has a width of 49cm, a length of 39cm, a height of 48cm and a weight of 4.2kg. The chairs can be conveniently moved by virtue of their compact size and light weight.

Inquiry of Payment Methods of Rental
A. Rental product contract will be made through tape recording with the contractor (purchaser). If you apply a rental contract, CERAGEM Customer Center will additionally give you a happy call.
At the contract, a credit rating inquiry will be processed for the contractor.
Private information such as identity card issuer, issuance date, payment information, etc. are required.
(However, there is no extra condition other than credit rating inquiry.)
There is no extra installation fee or down payment in addition to rental fee.
You can use the product by paying monthly contracted amount for the contract period.
After the contract period, we will transfer the ownership of the product to you.

Can I receive a detailed statement of the rental fee payment?
A. If you contact CERAGEM Customer Center (1577-5570), we will send you a detailed statement of payment by facsimile, mail or post.

Can I pay the remained rental fee in a lump sum?
A. You can pay for the remaining amount through a virtual account of with your credit card and when you contact CERAGEM Customer Center (1577-5570), the payment can be advanced.

How can I change the payment method during the rental period?
A. The payment method may be changed with an account or a card by your own name and if you contact CERAGEM Customer Center (1577-5570), we can change the payment method.

Can I adjust the rental contract period?
A. The rental period is a contract period designated by our inside regulations, therefore it cannot be adjusted.

Must I return the product when the rental contract terminates?
A. When the rental period terminates, the ownership will be automatically transferred to the customer, therefore we will not collect the product.
